I'm finally releasing my farming game!
Hey folks!
This project has been one hell of a learning journey.
I’ve been struggling to keep up the development pace, and to be honest, I feel a bit burnt out after all this effort. So I decided to polish it up and release it as it is.
Making a farming game has always been a dream of mine—especially something inspired by Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. And I think I can proudly say… I made it happen.
What started as a rough challenge turned into a real, playable game thanks to passion, patience, and consistency.
The core gameplay loop—planting, watering, growing, and selling crops—is fully functional. There’s a shop system where you can buy tools. A basic mine to gather ores and make money. Seasonal crops that change with time.
It’s all in there. And for now… I think it’s enough.
I do have dozens of features and improvements planned in the backlog—ideas that I believe would make the game even better. But without much feedback, and with my energy running low, it’s hard to keep pushing forward.
Maybe someday I’ll return to it. Maybe release a 2.0 version. We’ll see.
The game is free and available on the Google Play Store.
If you try it out, I’d love to hear what you think. Your feedback or review would mean a lot to me—it could even shape the future of Verdant Valley.
Thanks a lot!
