Pre-Alpha Development Completed.


Today I have completed the Pre-Alpha development milestone! I've finished every feature I wanted and polished some parts of the game.

The main thing is that now my game has a working Main Menu, and what's more important: the ability to SAVE and LOAD the game.
I could not believe I made it work. The game even detects if there is a save file and, if not, it disables the "Continue Button".

Now I can save the tools I have with the quantities (for seeds), the crops I sold, and it integrates with the objectives of the shops, such as selling 1 carrot and 1 turnip to unlock the tomato seed. If I load the game from a save file that has sold at least one of each, the shop will automatically unlock the tomato seed.

I can also save how many grids I bought and the seeds each grid tile has with the correct stage.

Now, onto the Alpha stage development! I attached an image of what I already documented to work on this new milestone.I'll keep you guys updated!
