Inventory UI, Energy Feedback and New Controls!


Hey Guys! I'm really hyped about this project. It's evolving slowly but surely!

I fixed and polished the stamina system, and now the player has animation feedback on the energy and fatigue levels.

I also added new buttons on the UI, such as the OpenInventory Button, and a mock "UseItem" button. They will be used when players have something in their hands so, if you're holding something you can eat,  the player will eat it. I'm trying to figure out how can I detect finger movement so, when the player grabs an item (with the interactionButton), if the player slides to the bag, it stores the item, and if they slide the finger to the left, it will activate the "UseItem".

I also started to implement the UI for the inventory. Right now it only opens/closes the inventory UI and pauses the game, and the elements are mocks. This weekend I'll probably work on them.
