What is HexPG?

HexPG is an online RPG platform where Players and Game Masters come together to create and live their own adventures.

This is an early prototype, already featuring:

• Game Master tools (spawning units & buildings).
• Multiplayer player connection & class selection.
• Turn based exploration and combat.
• Basic AI Behaviour.
• Role based UI(Player/GM).
• Fully functional map editor.
• Music and combat SFX.

Classes

Choose your role:

Warrior - High HP, balanced range - A durable frontline fighter.

Ranger - Medium HP, long range. Perfect for scouting and positioning.

Mage - Low HP, high impact.Fragile, but powerful support and damage dealer.

Why HexPG?

HexPG is built to become a Virtual Tabletop (VTT) experience, combining:

- Flexible Game Master control.

- Strategic hex-based gameplay.

- The unique visual style of Synty assets.

The goal is simple:

Play with frineds, or create your own campaign.

In the future, a prestige system will allow players to find trusted Game Masters and groups.

How to play / Controls

Players:

Left Mouse Button - Walk to desired Hex.

Right Mouse Button - Attack desired hex (must be next to it).

Middle Mouse Button - Defines your SpawnPoint.

GameMasters:

Left Mouse Button - Nothing (for now).

Right Mouse Button - Spawn Enemy Unit.

Middle Mouse Button - Spawn Player Spawn Point.

REMEMBER: Actions only work in each players turn.

Wait for your turn before setting and spawning units!

• Per Class Unit Visuals
• Stability and bug fixing.
• Community feedback and iteration.

Planned Expansions

• Dungeon Adventures: Procedural dungeons and Diablo-style exploration.
• Ashes Below: A new world for fallen players, with dark fantasy themes.
• Nordic Invasions: Naval gameplay and large scale invasions.
